Okonomiyaki is Japanese-style pancake which is flour based dough, made from wheat filled with various ingredients.

There are two principal styles of Okonomiyaki in Japan, one is known as general (Osaka) style and the other is called Hiroshima style.

In general style,

most of the ingredients are mixed with dough before frying.

In Hroshima style,

each ingredients is piled up in order on the pan.
